# What you’ll need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
02 - 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets, steamed and cooled
03 - 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
04 - 1 scoop (1 oz) vanilla protein powder, plant-based or whey
05 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
07 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Add frozen strawberries, cauliflower, banana, protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.

03 - Divide smoothie mixture evenly between two serving bowls.
04 - Top each bowl with fresh strawberries, granola, shredded coconut, seeds, and an additional sprinkle of chia seeds.
05 - Serve immediately with a spoon while cold.

# Cooking tips:

01 -
  • It tastes genuinely delicious, not like punishment for wanting to feel healthier.
  • The hidden cauliflower adds creaminess without dairy, so you get that luxurious texture for way fewer calories.
  • Ten minutes from fridge to spoon, and you've got a meal that keeps you satisfied through the morning.
02 -
  • If your blender struggles, add the liquid first, then pile the frozen ingredients on top—gravity and physics make it blend faster and easier.
  • The cauliflower must be fully cooled and frozen before blending, or it'll turn mushy and defeat the purpose of hiding it.
03 -
  • If your smoothie bowl breaks and becomes too thin, add a handful of frozen berries and pulse again—it'll thicken right back up without separating.
  • Greek yogurt transforms this from good to indulgent; two tablespoons stirred in adds creaminess and keeps you full even longer than the protein powder alone.
