Mango Peach Sparkling Tea (Print version)

A refreshing summer drink combining ripe mango, juicy peach, and sparkling black tea for cooling enjoyment.

# What you’ll need:

→ Fruit Puree

01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)

→ Tea Base

05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach
09 - Sliced mango
10 - Ice cubes

# Steps:

01 - Combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
02 - Pass fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother texture, if desired.
03 - Add cooled strong brewed black tea to the pitcher. Stir thoroughly to incorporate.
04 - Pour in chilled sparkling water. Mix gently without losing carbonation.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mango-peach sparkling tea over the ice.
06 - Top each glass with fresh mint leaves and sliced peach and mango. Serve immediately.

# Cooking tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like sunshine in a glass, but is easier to make than it sounds.
  • Every sip balances juicy fruit with gentle tea flavor—refreshingly light, never cloying.
02 -
  • Once, I made this with warm tea and the ice instantly melted—let the tea cool completely first.
  • Straining the fruit puree made the drink unexpectedly smooth, especially when serving picky guests.
03 -
  • Blend the fruit longer than you think—it turns magically silky.
  • Make the tea a day ahead and chill overnight for the best flavor and clarity.
